The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) materials developed and produced by our company, such as high elasticity, high abrasion resistance, high temperature oil resistance and deformation resistance, have filled the gap of high-end materials in our industry. Our Helastro™ products cover a range of hardness from 60A to 95A, and can almost perfectly replace the expensive TPU products of famous foreign brands. The polycaprolactone thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) materials developed by our company from 75A-95A can be a perfect substitute for the foreign brand-name materials to produce high temperature and high pressure oil-immersed environment and good abrasion resistance of the products, which are widely used in hydraulic oil pumps, air springs, and car clothing and other products. The thermoplastic elastomer (TPEE) developed by our company has high strength, excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance. The hardness ranges from 60A-80D, which is suitable for automotive parts, high-end wires and cables, and rail transportation.

Meanwhile, the high elasticity, high temperature anti-deformation thermoplastic vulcanized rubber (TPV) developed by our company adopts phenolic resin vulcanization process, which improves the deformation resistance and mechanical properties of the material at high temperature. It can be widely used in automotive interior and exterior seals, hoses, lamp gaskets; medical plugs, cable and wire insulation, building seals.
